Celebrating 20 Consecutive Years as Mount Sinai’s Gala Caterer
The Central Park Conservancy Garden at 105th Street in New York City was the backdrop for the Mount Sinai Hospital and Health System’s annual Crystal Party, which took place in a massive, majestic tent for over 1,340 guests. The meal commenced with a Deconstructed Heirloom Tomato, Greek Feta, and Rainbow Radish Salad, followed by Seared Filet of Wild Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Julienned Vegetables and housemade, thick-cut Russet Potato Chips. The finale was an Individual Bruleed Vanilla Ricotta Cheesecake with Valrhona Chocolate Drizzle. The menu complimented the colorful Spring tent décor installed by Absolutely Wild Floral Design’s Peter Cunningham and Paolo Mizrahi, which also perfectly matched the Spring Garden setting in Central Park. Robbins Wolfe has catered the Crystal Party since 2002, making it a landmark year for us– our 20th consecutive anniversary year!
